|HOW TO TAKE GREEN BARLEY|
- Push and open bottle cap.
- Add 250 ml cold water up to the indicated level outside the bottle.
- Shake well until contents completely dissolve.
- As a dietary supplement, take two tablespoons (about 30ml) a day.
- Drink Green Barley with an empty stomach. 20-30 minutes before breakfast or 2 hours after meal so that the food will not interfere with the digestion and absorption of Green Barley Nutrients.
- Refrigerate after opening.
- Must be consumed within a week to avoid spoilage.
